Hope Support Services is a Herefordshire based charity set up to support young people and children when a close family member is diagnosed with a life threatening illness.

From the moment of diagnosis our support is immediate, preventative and continuing. The Hope Team is a diverse group of highly trained, sensitive and supportive professionals offering a unique service to meet the needs of the individual young person.

We work and liaise with local and national agencies to provide a comprehensive support network. Our vision is to build a foundation of support for young people within their own communities.
